Our friendly crew will meet you at the launch site where, if you wish, you can help us prepare the balloon for take off. Do not worry if you feel unable to help or simply wish to watch or take photographs, that’s fine.

The pilot will take you through a short safety briefing and then once the balloon is inflated, you will take to the air and the magical flight experience will begin.

It is an ideal opportunity to take photographs of the magnificent rolling countryside and the superb views. There is no sensation of movement as the ground slowly unfolds beneath you. A balloon ride is so calm and gentle.

After about an hour, the pilot will start looking for somewhere suitable to land. On landing you will be joined by the retrieve crew (who have been in radio contact throughout). Again feel free to help the crew pack away the balloon but, as before, don’t feel obligated.

To round off, we will celebrate your flight with a glass of chilled champagne, or orange if you prefer, and be presented with a special signed commemorative limited edition picture of the balloon. If family or friends have not followed your adventure, do not worry as, we will take you back to the launch site.
